You know your intranet is a business critical
tool, but do your people use it? Do they trust it as a source of
information? Does it reflect the culture of your organisation?
Item Group has joined forces with the London
School of Economics and Political Science to share the learning
from a two-year research project into the business benefits of
a trusted intranet.
The LSE’s John Baptista carried out the
research and will discuss why it is vital to build employees’
trust as well as outlining the model he has created to help communication
managers assess the skills and strategies needed to evolve the
intranet.
His project involved
a case study at UK financial services group, Alliance & Leicester.
Group Intranet Manager, Audrey Philbrooks, will talk about how
the project helped them change ways of working.
The seminar is being
held on 9 March, from 10.00 to 13.00, in central London. The
cost is £50 which includes
a networking lunch. To book, email Suzanne Peck on speck@Item.co.uk
