Boost staff motivation – release their hidden talents

Whether it’s playing sodoku, eBay trading or writing poems, employees have other skills that can translate to the workplace.

Responding to the learndirect Business Hidden Skills Survey, 60 per cent of almost 2,000 employees polled said they had untapped potential that should be used by their employers. That equates to 13.4 million employees across the UK.

    I agree that employers need to tap talent to improve internal engagement and communication.
