We’re a leading, independently-owned
agency with more than 25 years’ experience.
Creative
thinking, great writing, intelligent design, the best customer
service, high-quality delivery and demonstrating a visible
passion for our clients’ businesses – we do all
of that.
You expect this from any internal communications
specialist.
But our clients tell us that what helps
Item stand out from the crowd is that our people understand
what makes communication sing.
We listen, talk, do and deliver.
In our latest annual client satisfaction
survey, highlights are:
• our clients rate our quality
of service as ‘excellent’
• they
are ‘very satisfied’ with the ability and knowledge
of Item people
• they rate us highly on value
for money, delivering to time and budget, and for understanding
of their business
• the key words that describe us
are ‘professional’, ‘easy
to work with’, ‘deliver what’s best for
you’, and ‘friendly’
• they’re
all ‘highly likely’ to recommend us to a contact
or colleague.
